Bus Solutions has developed a variety of appraisals designed to assist lenders, finance companies, insurance companies and operators in preserving the value of their assets.

Each of our appraisals meets with the standards and practices used by the American Society of Appraisers. Our clients include some of the largest financial institutions in the world.
We have handled fleets as large as 1,000 to 4,000 units.

TYPES OF APPRAISALS

  • Desktop Appraisals Opinion of accurate value based on a tightly controlled set of assumptions and criteria
  • Field Appraisals Opinion of accurate value based on a physical inspection, taking into account the findings of the condition of the equipment, as well as the environment of operation and maintenance.
  • Residual Value Projections Based on historical residual performance, we can project the future value of equipment at a fixed point in time, including Retail, Fair Market, and Orderly Liquidation Values up to 10 years in the future.
